While bored at work I would often draw on sticky notes to pass the time. After a while I had amassed a collection of drawings: portraits, doodles, and landscapes. I thought it was ironic that I could draw supposedly massive landscapes on a such tiny piece of paper. The idea for tiny lands was born. I've always liked drawing landscapes. The mountains and deserts of the West have always inspired me.
